1. Standard Order Cancellation
At SR POLYMERS, we understand that site construction plans and capacity requirements may change. Customers may cancel standard retail water tank orders free of charge provided the cancellation request is received before the consignment vehicle has departed our plant in Maheshpatti, Bihar.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Cancellation Once Vehicle Is in Transit
If an order cancellation request is received after the transport truck has already been loaded and dispatched from our works, actual two-way freight charges incurred will be deducted from any refund amount.
4. Custom & Institutional Orders
Custom-colored, custom-branded, or specialized institutional orders produced against an advance purchase order cannot be cancelled once the rotomolding production cycle has commenced.
