1. Statewide Delivery Coverage
SR POLYMERS operates a dedicated logistics network supplying water storage tanks directly from our manufacturing plant at Mankauli, Maheshpatti, Bihar – 847104 to all 38 districts of Bihar, including North Bihar, Mithilanchal, Central Bihar, and South Bihar regions.
2. Dispatch Timelines
- Local Region (Darbhanga, Madhubani, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Sitamarhi): Typically dispatched and delivered within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Other Bihar Districts (Patna, Gaya, Bhagalpur, Purnia, Begusarai, Champaran, etc.): Dispatched via scheduled district freight trucks within 2 to 4 working days.
- Bulk Commercial / Project Orders: Full truckload (FTL) consignments are dispatched immediately on production completion as mutually scheduled.
3. Transport Vehicles & Site Access
Consignments are transported using standard commercial light commercial vehicles (LCVs) or medium-duty trucks. Delivery is guaranteed up to the nearest motorable road or site entrance accessible by the delivery vehicle. Narrow lanes, unpaved village pathways, or overhead electrical wires that prevent vehicle entry require unloading at the nearest safe accessible point.
4. Offloading & Rooftop Installation Responsibilities
Customers are requested to arrange adequate local manpower for offloading the water tanks from the truck bed. The transport driver will assist with untying securing ropes and safely lowering tanks to ground level. Lifting tanks to rooftops, multi-story terraces, or staging structures is the sole responsibility of the customer or their plumbing contractor.
5. Freight Charges
Depending on the order volume and commercial agreement, delivery may be offered with free factory freight (promotional bulk orders) or billed at nominal district transport rates as specified in your written quotation.
